Alternanthera Red Broad Leaf - Lead Bunch

Alternanthera Red Broad Leaf is a hardy red stem plant with wide, paddle-shaped leaves that run deep red to purple underneath. The broad leaf form gives noticeably more visual mass than narrow-leaf Alternanthera varieties, making it an effective contrast plant in the midground or background.

This species is a heavy feeder. It prefers high nitrate and phosphate levels, so regular dosing with a complete fertiliser keeps growth strong and colour saturated.
