Rotala Macrandra Mini - Lead Bunch

Rotala macrandra 'Mini' is a compact form of the classic red Rotala, with smaller, more tightly spaced leaves that run pink to deep crimson at the tips. The reduced size makes it far easier to place than standard macrandra — it works as a red accent in the midground rather than dominating the background.

This is a colour plant that rewards effort. High light, stable CO2 and a lean nitrate/rich iron approach produce the most intense reds. It will still grow in softer conditions but tends toward orange-green.
